Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, and distribution
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to reduce costs by 15% annually
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement processes
- Manage relationships with key vendors and logistics partners to ensure service level compliance
- Lead cross-functional teams in S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) processes
- Implement sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental impact in logistics operations
- Drive digital transformation projects using ERP systems and supply chain analytics tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive supply chain management experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven expertise in inventory optimization, demand planning, and logistics network design
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools
- CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) or CPIM certification preferred
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights
- Experience implementing lean Six Sigma methodologies in supply chain environments
- Exceptional project management skills with track record of delivering large-scale initiatives
