- Manage relationships with 3PL providers, carriers, and key suppliers across North America
- Oversee inventory control systems and implement lean methodologies to minimize waste
- Analyze supply chain data using advanced analytics to identify bottlenecks and opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in procurement, logistics, and distribution operations
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Six Sigma methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive supply chain experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment
- Proven expertise in ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs compliance
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis and supply chain optimization techniques
