Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies including procurement, inventory management, and distribution networks
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing logistics projects with 99.5% on-time delivery targets
- Optimize transportation routes and warehouse operations using advanced analytics and AI-driven tools
- Develop risk mitigation strategies for global disruptions and ensure compliance with international trade regulations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives reducing operational costs by 15% annually
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with key supply chain partners
- Generate executive-level supply chain performance reports and KPI dashboards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience in manufacturing or 3PL environments
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or APICS CPIM designation required
- Proven track record of reducing logistics costs while improving service levels
- Strong understanding of international trade compliance, customs regulations, and INCOTERMS
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals across multiple locations
