Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize costs and supplier relationships
- Analyze supply chain data using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) to identify improvement opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve bottlenecks and enhance operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to forecast demand and align inventory strategies
- Drive continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management with 3+ years in leadership
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools
- Certification in CPIM, CSCP, or Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt) preferred
- Proven track record of optimizing logistics networks and reducing operational costs
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and metrics
- Exceptional project management and cross-functional leadership abilities
- Experience with international trade compliance and customs regulations
