Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies to reduce costs and improve delivery times
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with key suppliers globally
- Oversee inventory control systems to optimize stock levels and minimize waste
- Lead logistics planning including transportation, warehousing, and distribution
- Analyze supply chain data using ERP systems to identify improvement opportunities
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
- Coordinate crisis management for supply chain disruptions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in supply chain management
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools
- Strong negotiation skills with proven vendor management success
- Certifications in Six Sigma, CSCP, or CPIM highly desirable
- Experience managing international supply chains and cross-border logistics
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and data-driven decision making
