Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies including procurement, logistics, inventory optimization, and vendor management
- Leverage data analytics to forecast demand, reduce costs, and enhance delivery performance
- Oversee cross-border compliance and customs clearance for APAC markets
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage relationships with 3PL partners and negotiate service level agreements
- Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions and geopolitical risks
- Drive sustainability initiatives to reduce carbon footprint across operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive supply chain management experience with multinational companies
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools
- Certification in APICS CPIM or CSCP highly desirable
- Proven track record in optimizing global logistics networks
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills with APAC experience
- Fluency in English with proficiency in Mandarin or Bahasa Melayu advantageous
