Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce operational costs
- Lead cross-functional teams in procurement, warehousing, and distribution to ensure seamless operations
- Implement demand forecasting models and inventory optimization techniques
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective sourcing
- Oversee logistics operations including transportation, customs compliance, and last-mile delivery
- Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Drive sustainability initiatives within the supply chain to reduce environmental impact
- Collaborate with IT to implement and optimize supply chain management systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 7+ years of progressive supply chain management experience
- Proven expertise in inventory optimization and demand forecasting
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in supply chain software (SAP, Oracle, or JDA)
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) designation preferred
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and third-party logistics providers
- Deep understanding of import/export regulations and customs compliance
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and data-driven decision-making skills
