Responsibilities
- Optimize supply chain processes including procurement, inventory management, and distribution logistics
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement lean methodologies and cost reduction initiatives
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers and logistics partners
- Analyze supply chain data to forecast demand, mitigate risks, and improve KPIs
- Oversee compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
- Coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams for seamless operations
- Drive continuous improvement through technology integration and process innovation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in supply chain operations with 3+ in management
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools
- CSCP or CPIM certification required
- Proven track record in vendor management and contract negotiation
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and metrics
- Experience managing international supply chains and cross-border logistics
- Exceptional leadership and problem-solving abilities
