Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and reduce operational costs by 15%+
- Implement ERP systems and data analytics to optimize inventory levels and forecasting accuracy
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts ensuring cost-effective sourcing and delivery
- Oversee transportation networks and 3PL partnerships to ensure on-time delivery and compliance
- Develop sustainability initiatives including carbon footprint reduction and circular economy practices
- Conduct risk assessments and create contingency plans for supply chain disruptions
- Generate performance dashboards and KPI reports for executive leadership review
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in supply chain management with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools
- Proven track record of implementing lean methodologies and achieving measurable cost reductions
- CSCP or CPIM certification strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and supply chain modeling software
- Experience managing international supply chains and customs compliance
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable strategies
