Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic supply chain plans to optimize inventory levels and distribution networks
- Lead cross-functional teams in procurement, logistics, and vendor management to ensure operational excellence
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage relationships with key suppliers and 3PL partners to ensure service level compliance
- Implement and maintain compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
- Drive sustainability initiatives including carbon footprint reduction and circular economy practices
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP/JDE) for demand forecasting and inventory optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in supply chain management with 3+ in leadership roles
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or APICS designation required
- Expertise in inventory management, demand planning, and transportation optimization
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain analytics tools
- Demonstrated success in implementing lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Strong project management skills with ability to lead complex global initiatives
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders across all levels
