Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution networks
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize costs while maintaining quality standards
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve KPIs related to delivery times, cost efficiency, and sustainability targets
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with key logistics partners across Asia-Pacific
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
- Implement digital transformation projects using ERP systems (SAP preferred) and supply chain analytics tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of progressive supply chain experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in inventory optimization, demand forecasting, and procurement strategies
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain analytics tools (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and drive data-driven decisions
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (CSCP, CPIM, or equivalent) preferred
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-cultural teams and international logistics networks
