- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination between manufacturing, warehousing, and transportation partners
- Implement data-driven analytics to enhance forecasting accuracy and reduce operational costs by 15%+
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts for raw materials and logistics services
- Oversee compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Lead crisis management protocols for supply chain disruptions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in supply chain operations with 3+ years in leadership
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain optimization software
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Proven track record of implementing cost-saving initiatives and process improvements
- International trade compliance knowledge (ITAR, customs regulations)
- CSCP or CSCP certification required
