Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies including procurement, inventory management, and distribution networks
- Leverage AI-powered analytics to optimize logistics routes, reduce lead times, and enhance visibility across the supply chain
- Manage relationships with 3PL providers and negotiate service level agreements
- Develop risk mitigation strategies for supply chain disruptions
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute continuous improvement projects
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
- 8+ years of progressive supply chain management experience in APAC markets
- CSCP or CPIM certification preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and logistics technology
- Proven track record in inventory optimization and cost reduction
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Excellent cross-cultural communication and negotiation abilities
