- Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies across 15+ international suppliers
- Lead inventory optimization initiatives, reducing carrying costs by 15% annually
- Oversee warehouse distribution networks and 3PL partnerships
- Drive continuous improvement in logistics processes using lean methodologies
- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure seamless end-to-end fulfillment
- Analyze supply chain KPIs and report on performance metrics
- Collaborate with procurement, finance, and sales on demand forecasting
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and international trade laws
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- 8+ years progressive experience in supply chain leadership
- CSCP or CPIM certification strongly preferred
- Expert proficiency in SAP SCM and TMS platforms
- Proven track record in cost reduction and process optimization
- Experience managing international logistics and customs compliance
- Advanced analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
