Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, and logistics coordination
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and implement cost-reduction strategies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, carriers, and key stakeholders
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and sustainability standards
- Manage inventory optimization to balance service levels and carrying costs
- Collaborate with IT to implement and enhance supply chain technology systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive supply chain experience in manufacturing or logistics
- Proven expertise in inventory optimization, demand forecasting, and logistics management
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in supply chain software (SAP, Oracle, or JDA)
- Certification in APICS CPIM or CSCP preferred
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Advanced problem-solving skills with experience in process reengineering
