Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic supply chain plans aligned with business objectives, reducing operational costs by 15% annually
- Lead cross-functional teams in S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) processes to ensure inventory optimization and demand fulfillment
- Oversee logistics operations including freight management, warehousing, and distribution network design
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective procurement
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) for data-driven decision making and performance analytics
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of progressive supply chain experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Expertise in S&OP, inventory management, and logistics optimization
- Proven track record implementing ERP systems and supply chain analytics tools
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs compliance
- Certifications in CPIM, CSCP, or Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred)
