Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce lead times
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with key suppliers
- Oversee inventory control, warehousing, and distribution networks
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvements
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless end-to-end operations
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
- Monitor KPIs and prepare executive dashboards for performance tracking
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration
- 8+ years of progressive supply chain management experience
- APICS or CSCP certification preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools
- Proven track record in cost reduction and process optimization
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing international supply chains across APAC region
