Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, and distribution across 3 fulfillment centers
- Optimize logistics networks using advanced analytics and AI-driven forecasting to reduce lead times by 30%
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives with key suppliers in Southeast Asia
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement projects targeting cost reduction
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with global logistics partners
- Implement and maintain robust risk management protocols for supply chain disruptions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in supply chain management with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and logistics optimization software
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or APICS designation required
- Proven track record of reducing operational costs while improving service levels
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Mandarin (advantageous)
- Deep understanding of APAC logistics landscape and regulatory frameworks
