Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies to reduce costs by 15%+ while improving delivery performance
- Lead cross-functional teams including procurement, warehousing, and transportation divisions
- Optimize inventory management systems to achieve 98%+ on-time delivery rates
- Analyze supply chain data using SAP and Tableau to identify improvement opportunities
- Manage relationships with 3PL providers and negotiate service level agreements
- Oversee compliance with international trade regulations and customs procedures
- Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions and risk mitigation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in supply chain management with 3+ years in leadership
- Expert knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and logistics management systems
- Proven track record of optimizing multi-country distribution networks
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Professional certification (CSCP, CLTD, or CPIM) required
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (for APAC regional coordination)
- Demonstrated experience with lean Six Sigma methodologies
