Responsibilities
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives
- Oversee inventory optimization and demand forecasting systems
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate cost-effective contracts
- Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams in logistics, procurement, and warehousing
- Analyze KPIs and implement data-driven decision-making processes
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and safety standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration
- 5+ years progressive supply chain management experience
- APICS/CPIM or CSCP certification preferred
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and WMS
- Strong analytical skills with experience in supply chain modeling
- Proven track record in cost reduction and process optimization
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations (Incoterms, customs)
