Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic supply chain plans to optimize inventory levels, transportation routes, and warehouse operations
- Lead vendor negotiations and supplier relationship management to ensure cost-effective sourcing and quality assurance
- Analyze supply chain data using ERP systems to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (procurement, logistics, finance) to ensure seamless end-to-end operations
- Implement sustainability initiatives and compliance with international trade regulations
- Oversee risk management strategies including contingency planning for supply disruptions
- Mentor junior staff and drive continuous improvement methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years progressive experience in supply chain management with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools
- Certification in APICS CPIM or CSCP preferred
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions
- Expertise in international logistics, customs compliance, and trade regulations
- Proven track record of implementing cost-saving initiatives and process optimizations
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
