Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies to optimize inventory, warehousing, and distribution networks
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination between procurement, manufacturing, and logistics
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives using lean methodologies and data analytics
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to drive cost efficiencies
- Oversee transportation management, including carrier selection and route optimization
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights through advanced reporting systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive supply chain experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
- Proven expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools
- Strong knowledge of international trade compliance, Incoterms, and customs regulations
- Advanced problem-solving skills with experience in crisis management and contingency planning
- Certifications (CSCP, CPIM, or CSCP) highly desirable
