Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to reduce lead times and improve inventory turnover
- Manage relationships with 3PL providers, carriers, and key vendors to ensure seamless logistics operations
- Analyze supply chain data using ERP systems to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Oversee transportation planning, warehouse management, and distribution network optimization
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives through Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
- Prepare and present supply chain performance metrics to executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of progressive supply chain management experience
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or CPIM designation preferred
- Proven track record in cost reduction and process optimization
- Experience managing international supply chains and customs compliance
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
