Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end supply chain lifecycle, from procurement to final delivery.
- Develop and implement robust supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and manage inventory levels effectively.
- Oversee vendor management and negotiate contracts with third-party logistics providers (3PLs).
- Monitor KPIs and produce comprehensive reports on supply chain performance.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and drive digital transformation initiatives within the department.
- Ensure compliance with all local and international regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in supply chain management, operations, or logistics.
- Proven track record of managing complex supply chains in a multinational or high-volume setting.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing market conditions.
