Responsibilities
- Optimize end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, and distribution networks
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to reduce costs by 15-20%
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing logistics projects with $5M+ budgets
- Analyze supply chain data using SAP and Tableau to identify improvement opportunities
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
- Manage relationships with 3PL providers and negotiate service-level agreements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
- 7+ years of progressive supply chain experience with 3+ years in leadership
- CPIM or CSCP certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools
- Proven track record of reducing logistics costs and improving delivery times
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and import/export processes
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
