Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution networks
- Lead cross-functional teams to optimize logistics operations and reduce total landed costs
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to monitor performance metrics (OTIF, inventory turnover, etc.)
- Collaborate with vendors and carriers to negotiate contracts and ensure service level compliance
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean methodologies and digital transformation tools
- Manage risk mitigation strategies for global supply chain disruptions
- Oversee budget planning and cost control for logistics operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in supply chain management with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or APICS CPIM designation required
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights
- Experience with international trade compliance and customs regulations
- Exceptional project management skills with track record of delivering complex initiatives
- Excellent communication abilities for stakeholder management across global teams
