Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies for global operations
- Lead cross-functional teams in procurement, logistics, and inventory management
- Develop KPIs and analytics frameworks for performance measurement
- Optimize transportation networks and distribution channels
- Manage supplier relationships and contract negotiations
- Drive sustainability initiatives in supply chain operations
- Implement ERP systems and digital transformation projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Management
- 8+ years of progressive supply chain experience in APAC
- CSCP or CPIM certification preferred
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and supply chain analytics tools
- Proven experience in vendor management and contract negotiation
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and leadership skills
