Responsibilities
- Oversee procurement, inventory management, and distribution strategies for 3PL partners
- Implement lean methodologies to reduce waste and improve delivery timelines by 20%
- Lead cross-functional teams in vendor negotiations and contract renewals
- Analyze supply chain data using SAP and Power BI to forecast demand and mitigate risks
- Drive sustainability initiatives including carbon footprint reduction and ethical sourcing
- Develop contingency plans for supply disruptions and geopolitical challenges
- Collaborate with sales teams on customer fulfillment optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Management (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in supply chain management
- CSCP or CSCP certification required
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in demand forecasting
- Proven track record in cost reduction and process optimization
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs compliance
