Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies aligned with business growth targets
- Lead vendor negotiations and optimize procurement processes across 50+ suppliers
- Implement inventory control systems to reduce carrying costs by 15% annually
- Oversee logistics operations including warehousing, transportation, and distribution networks
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma methodologies
- Analyze supply chain data to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Manage relationships with 3PL partners and carriers to ensure service level compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in supply chain leadership roles
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent designation
- Proven track record of optimizing global logistics networks
- Strong financial acumen with experience in cost-benefit analysis
- Excellent project management skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams
