Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, and distribution logistics
- Develop and implement strategic logistics plans to reduce costs and improve delivery timelines
- Manage relationships with key vendors, carriers, and 3PL partners
- Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Monitor KPIs including on-time delivery rates, inventory turnover, and transportation costs
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of progressive supply chain management experience in APAC region
- Proven expertise in inventory optimization and distribution network design
- Strong analytical skills with experience in logistics software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Six Sigma Green Belt certification
- Deep understanding of Singapore's logistics ecosystem and ASEAN trade regulations
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency highly advantageous
