Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze supply chain KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for operational improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize shipping routes, carrier selection, and freight forwarding strategies.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock reconciliation across regional warehouses.
- Prepare detailed reports and data visualizations for executive stakeholders to support decision-making processes.
- Coordinate with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to ensure compliance with regulations and service level agreements.
- Utilize data modeling and forecasting tools to predict demand fluctuations and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Implement and maintain documentation for standard operating procedures (SOPs) within the logistics department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in supply chain analysis, logistics coordination, or operations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Deep knowledge of Singapore customs regulations, trade compliance, and international shipping standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
