Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain strategy, optimizing procurement, inventory management, and distribution networks
- Lead digital transformation initiatives implementing AI-driven forecasting and blockchain-enabled traceability
- Develop and execute sustainability programs reducing carbon footprint by 30%+ annually
- Manage cross-functional teams across APAC regions, fostering collaboration with vendors and partners
- Drive cost reduction initiatives while maintaining service excellence (>99.5% on-time delivery)
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and Singapore customs requirements
- Present board-level analytics on supply chain KPIs and market trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years progressive experience in APAC supply chain leadership
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and supply chain analytics tools
- Proven track record implementing lean methodologies and Six Sigma
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's logistics ecosystem and freeport regulations
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency highly advantageous
- CSCP or CPIM certification required
