Responsibilities

- Oversee 3PL partnerships and vendor management across 5+ international locations
- Implement AI-driven inventory optimization systems for 50,000+ SKUs
- Lead cross-functional teams in crisis management and contingency planning
- Drive sustainability initiatives achieving 30% reduction in carbon footprint
- Develop KPI dashboards tracking on-time delivery, inventory turnover, and cost metrics
- Lead digital transformation projects in ERP and TMS systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive supply chain leadership experience in Fortune 500 environments
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or MBA required
- CSCP or CPSM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in global sourcing, customs compliance, and freight management
- Proven success implementing lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, Oracle, and Power BI analytics
