Responsibilities
- Design and optimize end-to-end supply chain networks for multinational corporations
- Lead cross-functional teams in procurement, logistics, and inventory management
- Implement AI-driven demand forecasting and inventory optimization systems
- Develop risk mitigation strategies for geopolitical and climate-related disruptions
- Drive sustainability initiatives through circular economy principles
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate strategic partnerships
- Analyze supply chain KPIs and present executive-level performance dashboards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in supply chain management with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration
- APICS CSCP or CSCMP certification preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools
- Proven track record in optimizing international distribution networks
- Strong understanding of APAC trade regulations and customs procedures
- Experience managing cross-cultural teams across 3+ countries
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization (Tableau, Power BI)
