Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies optimizing cost, efficiency, and sustainability metrics
- Lead cross-functional teams in inventory management, demand planning, and supplier relationship management
- Implement AI-driven logistics solutions and digital transformation initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement through Six Sigma methodologies and KPI monitoring
- Negotiate strategic partnerships with 3PL providers and key suppliers
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
- Present supply chain performance to C-suite stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (CPIM/CSCP preferred)
- 10+ years progressive supply chain leadership experience with $100M+ portfolio
- Expertise in S&OP, TMS/WMS implementation, and global distribution networks
- Proven track record of reducing logistics costs by 15-20% through process optimization
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data visualization tools
- Cross-industry experience in manufacturing, retail, or e-commerce logistics
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executive stakeholders
