Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in procurement, warehousing, and transportation to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Implement S&OP processes to balance demand, supply, and inventory optimization
- Drive digital transformation initiatives including ERP system enhancements and predictive analytics adoption
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate strategic contracts for critical materials
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
- Analyze KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and implement continuous improvement programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years progressive supply chain leadership experience in manufacturing or retail
- Expertise in S&OP, inventory optimization, and logistics network design
- Proven track record implementing ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JDE)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- CSCP, CSCP, or CPIM certification highly desirable
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and change management abilities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
