Responsibilities

- Develop risk mitigation frameworks for global disruptions and supplier resilience
- Optimize transportation networks and warehouse operations for 99.5%+ on-time delivery
- Manage $50M+ procurement budgets with strategic vendor partnerships
- Lead ESG initiatives in carbon-neutral logistics and ethical sourcing
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive supply chain leadership experience in manufacturing/retail
- Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or MBA required
- Expertise in SAP S/4HANA, Oracle SCM, and TMS implementations
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or CPIM designation
- Proven track record of reducing logistics costs by 15%+ annually
- Experience with international trade compliance and customs regulations
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making expertise
