Responsibilities
- Oversee 500+ SKU inventory management across 5 distribution centers
- Lead cross-functional teams in demand forecasting and procurement strategy
- Implement AI-driven logistics optimization reducing delivery times by 20%
- Develop risk mitigation protocols for global supply chain disruptions
- Manage $50M+ annual vendor relationships and contract negotiations
- Drive sustainability initiatives to achieve 30% carbon reduction target
- Lead digital transformation of supply chain visibility systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive supply chain management experience
- MBA or Master's in Supply Chain/Logistics preferred
- CPIM or CSCP certification required
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and TMS platforms
- Proven track record in cross-border logistics optimization
- Strong analytical skills with SQL/Power BI proficiency
- Experience managing teams of 15+ professionals
- Knowledge of international trade regulations (ITAR, NAFTA)
