We're seeking a visionary leader to transform our supply chain ecosystem while reducing carbon footprint by 30% within 3 years. This role reports directly to the VP of Operations and requires strategic experience in high-volume distribution environments.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize end-to-end supply chain networks using AI-driven analytics
- Lead cross-functional teams (procurement, logistics, inventory) to achieve KPI targets
- Implement SAP S/4HANA modules for supply chain visibility and automation
- Develop contingency plans for geopolitical disruptions and climate risks
- Drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives across 5+ distribution centers
- Manage $50M+ annual logistics budget with 95% accuracy
- Mentor 8+ supply chain professionals through our leadership pipeline
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive supply chain management experience
- MBA or MS in Supply Chain/Logistics required
- CSCP or CPIM certification mandatory
- Expertise in international trade compliance (FTZ, customs brokerage)
- Proven track record in ERP implementation (SAP/Oracle)
- Advanced data modeling skills (Power BI, Python)
- Experience with 3PL/4PL vendor management
- Change leadership in unionized environments preferred
