- Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategy for 15+ APAC markets
- Lead digital transformation initiatives including AI-driven demand forecasting and IoT-enabled logistics
- Optimize inventory management systems to achieve 98%+ fulfillment rates
- Drive sustainability initiatives reducing carbon footprint by 20% annually
- Manage $50M+ procurement budget while maintaining 95% supplier satisfaction
- Lead cross-functional teams of 40+ supply chain professionals
- Implement risk mitigation protocols for volatile global markets
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive supply chain leadership experience
- MBA or Master's in Supply Chain Management preferred
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) designation required
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and supply chain analytics
- Proven track record in international logistics optimization
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million dollar budgets
