Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies reducing operational costs by 15%+ annually
- Lead cross-functional teams in demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and warehouse network design
- Oversee vendor management and negotiate strategic partnerships with global suppliers
- Drive digital transformation initiatives including IoT integration and predictive analytics
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and customs regulations across 15+ countries
- Develop KPI dashboards and executive reports tracking SCOR metrics
- Lead crisis management for supply chain disruptions and natural disaster scenarios
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive supply chain leadership experience with multinational corporations
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Analytics
- APICS/ASCM CSCP or CSCP certification required
- Expert proficiency in SAP SCM and Oracle Transportation Management
- Proven track record implementing S&OP processes in manufacturing/distribution
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Power BI and supply chain modeling
- Experience with customs brokerage and international trade compliance
- Excellent negotiation skills and P&L management experience
