- Design and execute global supply chain strategy with 95%+ on-time delivery targets
- Lead cross-functional teams (procurement, logistics, inventory) across 3 continents
- Implement AI-powered demand forecasting tools reducing forecast error by 30%
- Optimize transportation networks achieving 15% cost reduction annually
- Drive ESG initiatives including carbon-neutral logistics programs
- Manage $50M+ procurement budgets with strategic vendor relationships
- Lead crisis management protocols for supply chain disruptions
Qualifications
- 15+ years progressive supply chain leadership experience
- Master's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or MBA required
- APICS CSCP or CSCMP certification mandatory
- Expertise in SAP S/4HANA and TMS platforms
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation projects
- Experience managing international trade compliance (customs, tariffs)
- Strong data analytics skills with SQL proficiency
