As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will serve as the bridge between our internal teams and international partners. You will be responsible for managing complex documentation, coordinating cargo movements, and ensuring full compliance with Incoterms and international trade regulations. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end supply chain activities, ensuring timely delivery and shipment tracking.
  • Manage shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, Packing Lists, and Commercial Invoices.
  • Ensure full compliance with International Commercial Terms (Incoterms) for all cross-border transactions.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, logistics partners, and internal warehouse teams to resolve operational bottlenecks.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and update internal ERP systems in real-time.
  • Monitor cargo movement and proactively address any discrepancies or logistical delays.
  • Prepare periodic reports on shipping performance and supply chain efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or cargo coordination.
  • In-depth knowledge of Incoterms and international import/export regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with ERP/WMS software.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work effectively in the West region and adapt to a fast-paced industrial environment.
