In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our warehousing operations, ensuring the seamless flow of finished goods and essential supplies between our Layer Farms and Rearing Farms. You will be responsible for maintaining high data integrity, optimizing stock levels, and implementing strategic inventory controls that minimize losses and maximize productivity. Responsibilities
- Monitor and reconcile stock levels for Layer and Rearing farm operations to ensure 100% data accuracy.
- Analyze inventory movement patterns to forecast demand and prevent stock-outs or overstock scenarios.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and audits, investigating discrepancies to identify root causes.
- Manage the documentation and logistics workflow for incoming and outgoing supplies and finished goods.
- Collaborate with farm managers and logistics coordinators to improve warehouse organization and storage efficiency.
- Generate comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management review.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to streamline warehouse inventory management systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.
- Strong analytical skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with ERP software (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is highly preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Willingness to be based in Capas, Tarlac.
