Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze end-to-end supply chain metrics, including KPIs, cycle times, and inventory turnover rates.
- Collaborate closely with procurement, warehousing, and transportation teams to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels.
- Identify inefficiencies in logistics processes and implement data-driven solutions to improve performance and reduce waste.
- Prepare detailed reports and interactive presentations for senior management regarding supply chain health and strategic initiatives.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to ensure contract compliance, service quality, and cost efficiency.
- Conduct root cause analysis on supply chain disruptions and propose sustainable corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in supply chain analysis, logistics, or operations management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of transportation modes (rail, truck, air) and international trade compliance regulations.
