Responsibilities
- Drive enrolment growth through effective marketing strategies and community engagement initiatives
- Ensure operational excellence by managing daily centre activities, staff scheduling, and resource allocation
- Develop and implement premium parent experience programs to enhance satisfaction and retention
- Oversee curriculum development and ensure quality educational programming aligned with student needs
- Manage centre staff through recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and professional development
- Maintain compliance with educational regulations and safety standards
- Monitor centre finances, including budget management, expense control, and revenue optimization
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, staff, and community stakeholders
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in educational management or childcare leadership
- Strong business acumen with experience in marketing, sales, and revenue generation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage diverse stakeholders
- Proven track record in staff management, training, and development
- Knowledge of Singapore's educational regulations and compliance requirements
- Creative problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a dynamic environment
