Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives for direct and indirect categories.
- Develop and execute multi-year category strategies to maximize cost savings and performance.
- Negotiate complex vendor contracts, master service agreements, and statements of work.
- Monitor global market trends to proactively identify risks and opportunities in the supply chain.
- Manage key supplier relationships to ensure 100% compliance with quality and performance SLAs.
- Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes through ERP integration and data analytics.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement goals with organizational business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Finance; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing and procurement management.
- Expertise in ERP software (SAP, Oracle, or Coupa) and advanced data visualization tools.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar annual spend portfolios.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex market data.
- CPSM or PMP certification is highly desirable.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and leadership capabilities.
