Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end procurement strategy for 15+ key categories including IT hardware, logistics, and professional services
- Develop and execute RFP/RFQ processes, analyzing 50+ vendor proposals quarterly
- Manage supplier relationships with 20+ strategic partners, ensuring SLA compliance and performance optimization
- Implement cost-saving initiatives targeting 15% annual reduction in procurement spend
- Drive sustainability goals through ethical sourcing and carbon footprint reduction programs
- Oversee procurement analytics dashboard, providing actionable insights to executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional projects with finance, operations, and legal teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field; CIPS/CPM certification preferred
- 8+ years procurement experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP Ariba or Oracle) and e-procurement platforms
- Strong analytical skills with experience in spend analysis and market intelligence
- Cross-cultural experience managing global supplier networks in APAC
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency highly advantageous
