Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies for key commodities
- Lead cross-functional negotiations with Tier 1 suppliers to secure favorable terms
- Implement risk mitigation frameworks for supply chain vulnerabilities
- Drive digital transformation through ERP system optimization (SAP/Oracle)
- Manage vendor relationships and performance analytics dashboards
- Oversee compliance with ISO 20400 sustainable procurement standards
- Lead cost-reduction initiatives targeting 15-20% annual savings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 8+ years procurement experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- CIPS/ISM certification preferred
- Expertise in strategic sourcing and contract management
- Advanced proficiency in procurement analytics tools
- Proven track record of implementing category strategies
- Strong understanding of APAC market dynamics
