Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, and ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Supervise, train, and coach a team of sales staff, fostering a positive and high-performance work culture.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and manage stock replenishment to prevent stockouts.
- Ensure adherence to visual merchandising standards to maximize product visibility and sales appeal.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate complex issues to the management team promptly.
- Assist in achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs by motivating the sales team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Retail Management is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Proficient in using Point of Sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Fluent in Indonesian and English (both written and verbal) is preferred.
